Hi,

My name is Marg Tyler, creator/designer and owner of Purple Lime Tree.

I have always had a love for art. The smell of paint and bright colours (and all things messy) has always excited me. My Mum used to work in an art supplies shop, and I would find any excuse to go there just to get my kicks!

Over the years I have dabbled in loads of different crafts. In 2018, following my retirement from the hospitality industry, my husband and I made the life-changing decision to relocate to a rural property in South Australia. It was during this time that I delved into the world of polymer clay art, and jewellery making. I fell in love with the art medium. After 6 months of experimenting and improving my jewellery making techniques, and with the love and support of my husband and best friend, I was encouraged to sell my creations at markets.

Over time (with lots and lots of experimenting), I have expanded into creating stylish resin homeware and art.

I use products made in Australia whenever possible. and take pride in supporting small businesses, especially those run by women.

My aim is to offer you a truly unique and special shopping experience, allowing you to discover that perfect something for yourself or gift for a loved one.
